What to Eat When You Don’t Have Energy

The body runs on what it is fed. Therefore, the best way to ensure that your body gets the most energy from your food is to make sure that you are giving yourself the best food as possible. So which foods keep your body fueled up when you’ve lost your energy or experiencing some fatigue?
