A great way to turn leftovers into a light lunch!
Makes: 2 servings.
- 1 cup shredded harissa meat (see recipe)
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 1/3 -1/2 cup mayonnaise
- ½ -1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- ½ -1 tablespoon turmeric minced or grated
- ½ -1 tablespoon ginger, minced or grated
- 1-2 tablespoon slivered almonds
- ¼ cup parsley, finely diced
In a bowl mix together harissa meat, mayonnaise, ginger, turmeric, ginger, almonds, and parsley.
Spoon into lettuce leaf and roll.
